Creating Better Customer service on OneStore
Hi This is Jude Park in charge of developer relations at OneStore of SK planet.
Whether it's a way to track workouts, OneStore have tried to give developers a platform to create engaging apps and games and build successful businesses in South Korea. One of the keys to that mission is offering users a positive experience by providing the best customer service. Today I have tips to improve the experience for both developers and users.
How to manage VOC from 3 different app stores
As you know you can find and manage customer feedbacks from [Apps > Customer service].
Currently, only VOCs from T store users are listed on your first screen. However, you can see more VOCs by using advanced search options. Please follow the steps below.
- Chick the botton on the right side of search box.
- Choose another store that you want to see more.
- You can find the difference of your list.
We will fix that issues ASAP
Yes, we understand that it's totally uncomfortable. So, we have a plan to upgrade and fix that issues ASAP.
Than you may see all of your VOCs in one screen. Before that update, plz optimize your customer service workflow to the steps above for better customer service in OneStore developer center.
